Went to the dentist on tuesday for the second time in 12 years. Turns out they said I have the best "virgin" teeth they have ever seen and to keep doing what im doing. Looks like you get rewarded when you do the right thing and brush your teeth once a day.
They said I would be an ideal candidate for their whitening process they offer. I'm sure they were just trying to sell their product but im considering it. Anyone have experience with doing the in-office 2 hour whitening?

Dude, you suck. I brush my teeth twice a day and floss and I ALWAYS have teeth problems. I think it's just genetics.
yeah, it might also be the goat's milk that we were fed as children. Us older three got the milk but our little sister didn't and she has lots of teeth problems where us other siblings have never had a cavity.
I do usually brush my teeth when I wake up each day. Sometimes I get into flossing a few times every other month or so just to keep gingivitus away.

I have very weak teeth. I always manage to have some cavity, no matter how small. Dentists usually tell me that I otherwise have healthy teeth and gums.

I've never used any whitening product besides the toothpaste with extra whitening formula. But I would LOVE to get my teeth whitened. I brush my teeth probably a good 5-10 times a day depending on if I'm at home or not and I've had 1-2 cavities my whole life, probably from when I wore braces.

I heard it's actually bad for your teeth to brush them that much - something about making your gums recede. I don't know. Maybe I'll try it... yours are lovely.
to hell with you and your good teeth. I had braces for two years then had 8... 8!!! cavities when I got them off, now I have to have 2...2!!! root canals on the same side. I hate everyone that has nice teeth right now.....
**ok I don't hate anyone.....but it does make me jealous....
and I did the whitening strips and love it....two weeks and it was like I had a whole new smile.
